I was in a bind: we were in urgent need of a plumbing repair and matters were complicated because we were in the middle of installing a new heat pump, doing other renovations, AND we were just days away from Christmas. Talk about a prompt response! He was here within a couple of hours and did most of the work that evening, then returned first thing in the morning to complete the next phase of the work. I couldn't ask for better service. On top of that, everything was explained in detail and I was given options to suit my current and future budget.
