Lal responded back to my request very quickly. He asked some initial questions based on the information in my request. We made the appointment and he arrived on time. 

He went over some options and gave me his professional advice that I agreed with. Once he commenced with the service, he was finished in about 35-40 minutes. We tested all of the connections to make sure everything was tied down tightly. 

I would recommend Lal to anyone and feel comfortable he would take care of business.

Elchosen came out the same day to fix a problem with a bathroom sink. Arrived on time. Did a thorough check of the whole house to determine problem. 

He was professional and respectful of my time. He did not spend most of the time looking at or talking on his phone. I have arranged to have him come back and install a bathroom vanity replacement.

We contacted Elchosen plumbers and we’re very surprised that they were available immediately. The job was completed in under an hour. We will definitely use their services again.

Elchosen came to meet with me for estimate to install kitchenette & stackable wash/dry in my bsmt (new pipes, drains, sink, faucet, etc). Very knowledgeable and took time to explain exactly what work is required. He looked carefully at all aspects… existing drain & water lines, etc. He was able to write up the estimate while here which is helpful! While looking at the water pipes & lines leading to bsmt… he noticed a cracked fitting… offered to fix on spot after checking to ensure he had correct part in truck. Showed me exactly what he was doing as well as cleaning out that portion of pipe in addition to replacing the fitting. Nice, neat job! I highly recommend!

We are truly more than grateful for ElChosen coming out to our residence! He showed up on time and thoroughly explained the problem with our drain! We had a problem with the main drain in our house. We tried Drano, lye drain treatments, but nothing. Our drains were clogged for weeks! ElChosens prices were GREAT compared to the other pricey quotes we received! He was very persistent and worked until our drains were cleared! Also, gave some helpful tips! We will be using him for all plumbing and referring to all friends and family! Thank you El Chosen!

Mr. Lal did an amazing job! He came out within 30 minutes of my request, thoroughly assessed the space/any additional materials needed, thoroughly explained what actions he'd take and gave a fair price to replace a sink and toilet (which would've cost much more if replaced individually). Installation completed in 2 hours. Cleaned the site like brand new when finished. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result! I wish Thumbtack would allow you to choose more than 3 qualities to describe the vendor - Mr. Lal met them all!!

Lau was professional and explained what the process would be. He was clear about surprises that he found that needed immediate repair and was able to help right away. He cleaned out the pump of debris that caused the issue and took extra care to keep our carpeted areas clean by using boot slippers and disposing of material through the back door to avoid coming through the common areas, which I greatly appreciated. He was also able to look at other projects we needed and gave me more estimates. Super helpful and will certainly be using him again. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!
