One of our toilets was clogged and draining slowly. I gave tried snake and plungers with no success. 

Lal responded to my request and arrived in less than one hour. And problem was resolved in the next hour. 

In less than 2 hour from the request, my toilet clogged was fixed. He even tightened our kitchen faucet as a bonus!

My bathroom toilet, tub and sink backed up and started making a gurgling sound. I had someone (Bootleg Plumber) come earlier that day with only a plunger and Family Dollar snake. Worked for 1hr but couldn't fix the issue. Then Called Baltimore County. They came and checked the line from mid way front yard out 100ft. Couldn't find a blockage. Finally, contacted this company. He worked from the basement bathroom to the main floor bathroom. Removed each toilet and snaked them with a large motor device etc. Also, did something with the main sewer access (inside basement wall). After about 2 hrs pulled out a Seventh Generation cleaning wipe.
